Having A Healthy Teeth

Oral health is very important since it actually determines your overall health. One of the most important parts of the procedure for oral hygiene is mouthwash.

7 tablespoons of coconut oil
7 tablespoons of baking soda
30 drops of some essential oil
1 ½ teaspoon of Stevia

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients together till you get a homogeneous paste. Use this mixture every day for washing your teeth instead of regular toothpaste.

4th Recipe

Coconut oil is the best solution for your teeth problems. It has a numerous benefits such as:
Whitens teeth
Has impressive effects for the oral cavity
Fights bacteria
Prevent cavities

When you wake up in the morning you should swish a couple of teaspoons of coconut oil in the mouth. Leave the oil to melt and keep it in the mouth for 20 minutes.

You should repeat it daily and maintain the health in your mouth.

This oil will strengthen and protect your teeth at the same time. It also fights the bacteria and reduces the inflammations in your mouth.

This treatment doesn’t have side effects and will improve your health and beauty.
