Ibadan Residents Protests High Cost of Living

This morning, Monday, Feb. 19th, inhabitants of Ibadan, Oyo State, marched through the streets of Oyo in protest against the soaring cost of food and the state of the economy.
Protesters gathered at the Mokola roundabout with placards which had various inscriptions such as ‘End food hike and inflation,’ ‘The poor are starving,’ and ‘Tinubu, don’t forget your promises,’ among others.
