1. Pre-marital affairs; if a woman was very close to a man but they never got married for whatever reason, and she continues to fantasize about him, she's likely to be vulnerable to that man, more-so if her expectations in marriage were never met.
2. Husband's absense; a lot of ladies who leave their husbands in the name of work or further studies are left with an emotional loophole that someone can exploit who is closer to her.
3. Revenge; a lot of women do claim these days that the reason they cheated on their husband is because he had an affair or because he is either verbally or physically abusive. The reason/motive behind their cheating is just vengeance.
4. Boredom; you get two love birds becoming two wheels of a cart known as family. They get mechanical, they no longer have romance in their marriage or bliss, it's routine and duties. The talk is mechanical in that house. And a cunning outsider full of life penetrates through the emotional backdoor.
5. Adultery is on the rise, immorality is on the rise. Affairs are now being normalized, what used to be detested in our traditions. So  we have made affairs look normal. We have made them casual.
6. Lust; there are some women, they just admire a certain celebrity and they just desire to sleep with the person, they desire a higher achiever or a star for the sake of it
7. Superiority Complex; some women want to sleep with a man because he is very high standing man in the society; could be a governor, a cabinet minister, a CEO. But the real motive is to brag when they are talking with the other women that the governor is after them; the CEO is after them. That is their only motive.
8. Free Lunch; there are lots of women who like things being done for them; car doors being opened for them, their bags being carried for them, they like being taken to grocery, to malls, they like being driven around, and in return they don't mind giving sexual favors.
9. Attention; while every woman looks for attention, some take the game a little bit far. Especially at work place where you have an open office and she wants when the men are coming to the office, she's the one to receive a whisper, or some flattery. She wants to show other women that men are charmed by her presence. Her desire for attention may make her go teh extra mile and sleep with such a person
10. Greed for power; there some women who simply cannot take the staircase. They want to take the elevator to the top. So they don't mind sleeping with the boss for promotion, to secure a job, or for a powerful position because they don't want to grow slowly on their career progress.
