Court Orders EFCC To Detain Ex-INEC Chairman, Marurice Iwu Shortly After His Arraignment
The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to detain former chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Maurice Iwu who appeared in court this morning till Friday for hearing of his bail application.
Iwu was arraigned over an allegedly N1.2billion fraud.
