Photos: Kogi University Student Who Killed Friend On His Birthday & Fled Is Finally Arrested
The 100-level student of the Kogi State University, Anyigba, Yusuf
popularly known as Santa who stabbed Ali Shariff, a 300-level student,
to death on his birthday, has finally been arrested.
The incident happened on Wednesday, when Shariff tried to stop the fight between Santa and another friend, but was stabbed in the neck with a broken bottle, by an obviously angry Santa. He deceased was subsequently rushed to Good Shepherd Hospital at Anyigba by fellow students, but was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.

Santa fled and has been on the run since before he was eventually nabbed yesterday by security operatives.
