Boko Haram Detonates Bombs in Yola Two Days After President's Visit

News reports that Boko Haram has bombed Yola a town President Buhari just visited two days ago, as seen in above photos where the President was inspecting a guard of honor when he visited Nigerian soldiers in Yola barracks.

According to reports, the attacks suspected to be carried out by Boko Haram left 32 people killed and several others injured.

Bombs were detonated in crowded cattle market in Yola, and in an open-air eatery, and mosque. Casualty is said to be very heavy according to Aliyu Maikano of the Red Cross.

Early reports suggest that about 32 people were killed and over 80 injured, these numbers could rise as more details unfold.

When President Buhari met with soldiers last Friday in Yola, he reportedly told the soldiers that Boko Haram is almost defeated

The army embarked on a strategy to cut off supply lines to Boko Haram, this strategy may be working according to military strategists who cite the fact that this is the first Boko Haram bomb attack this month of November.

This renewed attack by Boko Haram is coming when the army is trying to focus it's attention on the insurgence in the Eastern part of the country following violent demonstrations by the agitators for the state of Biafra.
