Ajax Amsterdam midfielder, Thulani Serero, is likely to miss Bafana’s clash with the Super Eagles in the last round of the 2015 Orange AFCON qualifiers.
Serero picked-up a hamstring injury during Bafana’s last training
session at the Nike Training Football Centre in Pimville, Soweto on
Monday morning.
South Africa who already booked their qualification ticket to the
2015 AFCON will travel to face Nigeria who desperately need the three
points to secure a spot in the biggest African event. They will be
leaving for Uyo, Nigeria, at 16:00 from the OR Tambo international
airport in Johannesburg today.
