BREAKING! Bomb Explodes in Maiduguri Central Market
Category: Boko Haram NewsMaiduguri Central Market has just been hit by an explosion believed to be bomb blast. Number of casualties is unknown as at when compiling this report.
Just last week, two female suicide bombers reportedly blew themselves up at the same market in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, North-east Nigeria.
The suicide bombers reportedly hid the explosives under their Hijab and set off the blast as they were about to enter a shop, killing several people
and injuring many more in the same market.
Another bomb blast was averted on Friday in the Customs area of
Maiduguri when security operatives detonated a bomb meant to cause havoc
in the area.
It was on the same day, the Kano Central Mosque was attacked, resulting in over 400 casualties.
