Video: Police Officer Caught on Camera Insisting Collecting More Than N100 Bribe From a Bike Rider in Lagos

The incident took place in Mowo, Badagry part of Lagos. It is not clear who recorded it, however an argument ensued between a policeman and someone likely to be an official of bike riders association within the area, the policeman insisted severally that he was not going to collect a bribe of N100 from the rider, claiming that it was an insult to offer a policeman of his status an ordinary N100 bribe. He insulted the rider in Hausa and Yoruba.

After so much argument, another police officer intervened and they eventually paid a bribe of N200 to the first policeman.
