Pictured Man Declared Wanted For Videotaping A Woman's Dress From Below

The Quincy Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a criminal investigation.

On May 28 at 10 p.m., a woman reported to police that while shopping in the women’s clothing section at the Walmart on Pat Thomas Parkway, she observed an unidentified man laying down in between clothing racks. The man appeared to be videotaping up the woman’s dress.

Police responded to the scene but the suspect fled before officers arrived.



The person is described as a Hispanic male with short dark hair and a mustache. The man was last seen wearing a blue Chelsea FC soccer shirt and brown long pants.

The police are now looking for the suspect and says anyone who finds him may be eligible for a reward.
