How To Prepare Indian Fried Rice




Ingredients needed

6 cups of rice, 2 bulbs of onion, ½ cup of margarine, ½ cup of raisins, 2 teaspoons of instant chicken bouillon. 1 spoon of curry powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 5 cps of boiling water, ½ toasted silvered almonds.




Method of preparation

Cook and stir rice and onions in margarine, until rice is yellow and onion tender. Stir in raisins, bouillon, curry powder, and salt. Pour into ungreased pot and stir in water, cook in medium until liquid is absorbed (25-30 minutes). Stir in almonds, then serve with chicken or lamb.
