Adeyemi Alao is one of the popular roads in Oke-Ira, if you are coming from Aguda (Excellence Hotel), to Power line where the Ojodu LCA is, you will pass through this road. Its about a stone throw from the popular Community market.
Lots of Ojodu LCA members and staff at one time or the other pass through this road, however, no one has done anything about the state of the road.
Some residents concerned about the state of the road, said, that politicians only cajole people to vote for them during elections with the promise to fix the road, but always abandoned it as soon as they are elected into office.
Some past Local Government Chairmen and other important people who had worked at the Ojodu LCA are said to live within this area, yet with this very terrible state of the road.
The road is not only dangerous for motorists as their vehicle could get damaged, but can also cause accident, and there are kids who goes in their hundreds daily to school taking this road either on Okada, Marwa or even walking.

When rain falls, because of lack of proper drainage, water fills up drainage causing already damaged road to get eroded the more. It is also very dangerous for pedestrians when there is a heavy down pour.
