Mariah Carey's Estranged Husband Refuses to Sign Divorce Papers

According to TMZ, Mariah Carey is finding it difficult to get Nick Cannon, her estranged husband sign their divorce papers.
Mariah Carey who is currently engaged to her billionaire
fiancé James Packer, said Nick is not cooperating with and refusing to sign
the papers, despite the fact that they split in August 2014 she is is engaged to another man.
A source told TMZ that even though Nick Cannon was the one who filed for
divorce, Nick still loves her and apparently doesn't want to finally
let go off her.
The source said: "Mariah is frustrated and not flattered at all," adding that she wants out of the marriage.
Mariah Carey got engaged to her billionaire fiancé James Packer in January this year.
