Suspected Boko Haram members attacked a police station and military
base killing seven persons in Kanama, the headquarters of Yunusari Local Government Area of Yobe State yesterday June 7th.
Resident of the community say the sect members stormed their community chanting Allahu Akbar, killing people, snatching pure water bags, bags of sugar, rice, milk and foodstuffs. Many of the residents ran to the bush for safety.
