Prophet Who Claimed He Went to Heaven and Took Pictures in Trouble

A South African prophet who claimed that he was taken to heaven where he even took photos with angels may soon get more than he is bargaining for.

Prophet Mboro claimed he ascended to heaven on Easter Sunday and took selfies, even with angels, but he could face fraud charges, Daily Sun SA reports.

The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities said they would lay charges of fraud against him if rumours that his church was selling the alleged selfies proved to be true.

It will be recalled that social media sites were abuzz over the weekend after reports claimed that the pastor took the selfies. A man known only as Mr Nkuna, claiming to be Mboro’s spokesman, reportedly said the pictures were on sale for R5 000.

Commission chairwoman Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva said: “We encourage people to read the Bible for themselves, and not rely on others to interpret it for them!” said.

"We believe Mboro is just looking for ways to extort money from people. We know he never went to heaven. He is deceiving people, We’re going to summon him to explain to us whether he said those things or if it’s a joke.” he concluded

    1. Everything that has a beginning must have an ending... every lies must be exposed at the end. Only God has no beginning nor an end.
