PDP Behind The Restiveness In Niger Delta- Oshiomhole
Governor Adams Oshiomole of Edo state has said, the Peoples Democratic Party,
PDP is behind the recent bombings in the Niger Delta. The Governor stated this
while addressing the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Usani Uguru and
the Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Prof. Claudius Daramola
Oshiomole said, ''You have a huge challenge due to the disastrous performance of your predecessors under the last PDP government which made more noise about the Niger Delta than work. "They empowered the wrong people because they showed capacity for violence and then ignored the real people who were peaceful, who just wanted development. He tasked the ministers on the need to carry out massive reforms for the people of the region and also to re-enlighten them.
