Fulani kidnappers threatens to kill Chief Olu Falae if N90 million ransom is not received by the end of today.
Olu Falae's PA and driver who witnessed the abduction of the former SGF, narrates how seven Fulani gunmen abducted the 77 year old politician from his farm in Akure.
He said Falae's kidnappers have reduced the ransom demanded to N90 million, they had earlier demanded N100 million but the family said they could only afford N2million.
The suspected kidnappers said they can't collect the proposed amount and insisted on collecting N90 million before releasing thier victim.
The source added that the victim's family was given until the end of today to produce the amount.
According to the PA; "As we were coming we saw seven Fulani, they attacked us. They started shooting. I tried to reverse the car but unfortunately my car got trapped. It was there they seized me and told me to take them to where our boss was, I told them oga was in the farm but they would not listen.
We took them to where oga was and Chief surfaced and asked what the problem was. From there they took him away. The manager that was in the car was trying to escape and they used cutlass to cut his head.
Falae's PA, Captain Raji said the abduction was the handiwork of some insiders and Fulani herdsmen.
Four of the suspects were armed with AK47 rifles while three others used cutlasses.
Captain Raji said only one of them who identified Falae was masked while others who look like strangers were not.
